It made me very sad when someone purchased an item seconds after it was listed, and then left a bad review saying "the condition was bad," even though I had described the poor condition and included photos. I post items with poor condition as they are. I believe everyone's perception is different, so I want to conduct transactions without making either of us feel uncomfortable.
