Please be sure to check the following! I currently have a newborn baby. I also have an older child, so there is a possibility of delays due to illness. I apologize. I also work, and I may need to contact you at the last minute due to my children's health. I have received some negative feedback, such as being told I was late even though I was hospitalized. I was asked to send a 1100 yen item urgently by express mail... I was unable to leave feedback in that situation, and it was a one-sided complaint. I am currently contacting the administration. (Items that can be picked up will be shipped via pickup service ^ ^ I apologize for items that cannot be picked up.) When my children are sick, I don't look at my phone or computer, so my replies will be delayed. Therefore, some people will complain about delays even in such cases. Please do not purchase if you are in a hurry. I generally ship within the deadline. I will block those who cannot communicate effectively or who lack manners in the future. Please refrain from purchasing if you demand perfection or are overly sensitive. I have not experienced any harassment so far, but I will take action in any case if such a person appears in the future. No smoking!
