I bought this for spin practice. I was debating between this and a disc-shaped one, but compared to that, the bottom is spherical and makes contact with the floor at a single point, which seems to have been good for grasping the body axis. Also, it was easy to carry around, which was nice. The surface is clean, but there are scratches on the underside where it made contact with the floor and rotated. I would like to sell this to someone who understands that it is a used item. Thank you very much.
