This is a hooded down jacket. It's reversible. It's a collaboration between UNIQLO and JW Anderson, a product from a while back. I believe it's real down, not eco-down (I looked for the tag, but couldn't find it). It's a men's size S, but my child (boy) wore it when he was around 160cm tall, but he hardly wore it, and it's been stored away.
