Deba knife, blade length 15.4cm, 116g. The spine is about 2.5mm thick near the top of the heel. It's a brand of 株式会社佐竹産業 in Seki, known for their Noushuu Magoroku series. The material seems to be stainless steel. Although it feels a bit thin for a deba and gives a cheap impression, it has a decent hardness typical of modern stainless steel. The handle has been replaced with a new one, so it should be usable for a while. I sharpened it thoroughly, put an edge on it, and polished it.
