Handmade pottery. These very small vessels were originally used by me as a tea container and a "furidashi" (small container for sweets) for outdoor tea ceremonies. However, they can be used in various ways, such as a single-flower vase or a condiment holder, depending on your ideas. *Furidashi* is a small, lidded, portable container used in the tea ceremony to hold small, dried sweets like konpeito (sugar candy), sugar-coated beans, or amanatto (candied azuki beans). It is mainly used in the tea box procedure, and it gets its name from the action of shaking the container to dispense the sweets. It is a charming utensil that adds color to the tea ceremony. The lids are not originally included, but I have attached a wine cork and a "suga-gasa" (a lid made of leather wrapped around for size adjustment) to each one. Circumference: Approximately 4cm.
