This is a blue knee-length dress! Perfect for weddings and after-parties. The atmosphere changes completely depending on whether you tie a ribbon around the waist or not. There are some streaks on the ribbon, but they were there from when I bought it. The dress will be shipped folded, without the hanger. Please be aware of any wrinkles from folding.
