I plan to sell a wide variety of items♡ I hope to make transactions as smooth as possible! I have a young child, so shipping may be delayed. Also, I have a cat. I received a negative review because the buyer overlooked the fact that the product description stated that a case was not included when they purchased a blush. They also said the item arrived without a name, but they had requested that it be sent without a name, so I did as they asked, and they left a negative review. The other negative review was because I found a scratch when shipping and asked to cancel the order, but they didn't agree, and I received this review even though I shipped within the shipping deadline. I had communicated about the transaction and the scheduled shipping date. I can't offer significant discounts, but I can offer a small discount. Feel free to ask questions and negotiate!
