This is a Nagoya obi inherited from my aunt. The patterns woven with gold thread, along with the pink of the peonies and the purple of the round diamonds, add a touch of splendor. I believe it is Nishijin-ori (Kyoto-style brocade). There is little sign of wear, but there are fold creases from storage. I think its splendor makes it suitable for small parties, theater outings, and even entrance ceremonies if you're not too concerned about formality. It has a storage pocket, which seems convenient for keeping your mobile phone inside the obi at your chest. As I have fewer opportunities to wear it, I hope someone can make good use of it.
