This is a set of two flyers for the movie "John Lennon: The Lost Weekend." Synopsis: A documentary that explores the truth behind the "Lost Weekend," a period when John Lennon of the Beatles and his wife Yoko Ono were separated. From the fall of 1973 to the beginning of 1975, for 18 months, John spent his days with May Pang, a Chinese-American who was the couple's personal secretary and production assistant, at Yoko's strong request. During this time, with May's help, John was able to reunite with his eldest son, Julian, from his first wife, Cynthia, and he produced the albums "Mind Games," "Walls and Bridges," and "Rock 'n' Roll" in rapid succession. Despite the name "Lost Weekend," he collaborated with David Bowie and Elton John, reunited with Paul McCartney, and experienced the most prolific and commercially successful period of his solo career after the Beatles disbanded. The film features May's own testimony, numerous famous songs, valuable archival footage, private photos, and many unique illustrations that John gave her, depicting the real John as seen through May's eyes.
