This is a ballpoint pen designed to look like a fountain pen, a special commemorative item from VAN JACKET about 25 years ago. It doesn't feel cheap; the quality is very good. It would make a nice gift, or you could use it yourself and be sure to catch people's attention. Comes with a presentation case. It was a non-sale item, so not many were produced, making it very valuable.
