The ends of the wires in the center of the cups are thinned and curved outwards, so they are less likely to dig in and cause pain. The straps are "Kata Raku Straps" (Easy Shoulder Straps). They are elastic and use tape that extends to the back, providing a comfortable fit that conforms to your shoulders. Triangular parts called "Delta Magic" are used at the base of the straps, which helps to prevent them from slipping.
