This is a novelty item from Menard from a few years ago. It is new and unused. The fabric parts are clean, but the snap-fastened inner part, whose material is unclear, is peeling. The fabric inside the bill compartment is also undamaged. Also, there are some dotted marks on the back, but it's unclear what they are, as they don't look like peeling or attached substances. Nevertheless, it looks elegant, and the clasp type makes it easy to open and close, so we recommend it to those who are good at maintaining such items.
