Gyuto knife, blade length 18.1cm, 121g. The spine is 2.0mm thick near the heel. It's printed with "STORK," but its origin is unknown. Next to that is a bird mark and "PEARL" printed on it, but it doesn't seem to be related to Pearl Metal in Niigata. It's a right-handed double-edged blade, close to a single-edged blade with a 7:3 or 8:2 ratio, but the material is stainless steel. It has a decent hardness, typical of modern stainless steel. Although it feels cheap, both the blade and handle show no signs of wear and are clean. It seems like it can still be used for a while. I sharpened it well, put an edge on it, and polished it.
