This cassette features a duet version of Nat King Cole's (died 1965) famous song, released in 1991 by his daughter Natalie as an overdubbed duet, which became a big hit. There are some scuff marks on the case, but otherwise, I don't think there are any major issues. The last time I listened to it was around April 2025, and there were no problems then (my cassette player broke, and I haven't listened to it since).
