Price reduced. A custom-made Nagoya obi with Liberty print, and matching sandal straps. This is one of three obi I had custom-made with my favorite Liberty print. It is a custom-made obi by a professional obi craftsman. I also made sandal straps from the leftover fabric. It is a cotton obi that pairs well with Tsumugi silk. I believe it is a versatile obi that can be easily paired with unlined kimonos. I had the sandal straps made in the "Takahara" style so they can be inserted into both zori (sandals) and geta (wooden clogs). The "Nakanomi" and "Takahara" styles of sandal straps are for zori. It seems that the ones where the lining is not visible from the back are for geta! This obi has never been worn. I thought the pattern was "Yabane" (arrow feathers), but it's actually a tie pattern!
