★ This is a trinket box from Villeroy & Boch's "Romantic Seasons" series. It's No. 2, themed "Summer" (L'Ete, Summer, Der Sommer), and was made by the Luxembourg manufacturer, which has been in business since 1748. This antique piece was purchased in Europe about 40 years ago. I believe it's a valuable item, as it's no longer sold anywhere. It's approximately 9.5cm in diameter. There is some soiling and slight wear due to age, but no chips or damage. I washed it with dish soap, but stubborn stains might come off with a bleach-like cleaner. ★ Please note that it will take some time to package this item.
