This is an iron frying pan I purchased from Kama Asa. The heat conductivity is excellent, and even just grilling ordinary chicken makes a huge difference in the taste. It allows you to cook incredibly delicious food. A common issue with iron frying pans is that they are riveted, making them difficult to wash, and oil stains don't come off easily. However, this frying pan is welded, so there's nothing to obstruct the cooking surface, and it's very easy to wash. It's also easy to stir-fry with. I think it will become the best frying pan once you get used to it.
