I bought these last year for the festival to wear under my Jika-tabi (split-toe work boots). I briefly tried them on, but ended up not using them, so I'm selling them. I bought them at a festival supply store. They don't have non-slip soles. The color is dark navy blue. I think they're around 23-25 cm.
