I recently received a negative evaluation from someone with only 4 transaction experiences. I packaged the item in the same way as always, and I didn't just put the product in the outer bag; I put it in a transparent plastic bag first, and then in the outer bag, double-packaging it. I have over 6000 transactions and have sold over 4500 items, and this is the first time I've received such a complaint. I understand that everyone opens packages differently, but I do the bare minimum. Moreover, since there is currently a Mercari shipping discount campaign, I am shipping via Yu-Packet Post instead of Yu-Packet Post Mini. This transaction was also disappointing for me. Therefore, I would like to have smooth transactions with those who have some experience with buying and selling between individuals and are familiar with the process. 2025.8.22 There may be changes between Yu-Yu Mercari Shipping and Raku-Raku Mercari Shipping.
