This is a lovely blouse from SIMPLICITE. It's a beautiful, slightly sheer, cute, and fluffy blouse with a lovely black color like sumi ink and thin blue stripes. The fabric has a nice crinkle finish, and the neckline features a large collar design with a tie made of the same fabric in the center. I bought it because I found it very cute and lovely, but I haven't had many opportunities to wear it, so it's been stored away. It's truly wonderful, and I think it would be perfect for wearing from spring to summer as it gets warmer, so if you like it, please consider it. I liked it so much that I bought two, this one and a white one, so I would be happy if you could also take a look at the white one.
