To be transparent, I will explain the background. In this case, I was the buyer. I purchased two items from the same seller (without combining them into one purchase). Shipping notifications arrived three and four days after the purchases, respectively. (I felt it was slow, but I assumed the seller had their reasons and refrained from inquiring.) The item shipped four days later arrived two days later, but the item shipped three days later arrived three days after that, when it was automatically marked as received. For about ten days before the item arrived, I was worried about the automatic reception and asked the administration to stop it. I also requested the tracking number from the seller twice, but there was no comment. Finally, three days later, I received a comment saying, "It takes a week because it's regular mail." However, the item eventually arrived, and I left a "Good" rating and a thank-you comment. But I received a "Disappointing" rating with no comment in return. This community can be unsettling because you don't know the other party's situation, but I realized the importance of timely comments and the importance of timely shipping and receiving. I will continue to keep this in mind. Regarding this seller, it was very disappointing, but thank you for the reminder.
