Since retiring, I've adopted a lifestyle like a fisherman on my favorite river. Currently, my main catches are ayu (sweetfish) and eel/soft-shelled turtle. I handcraft and improve tools that aren't commercially available, and then list them. I also list the ayu I catch at auctions. I occasionally feature endangered species like soft-shelled turtles and eels, as well as Japanese pond turtles and Chinese softshell turtles, on my blog: "I'm a Hobbyist River Fisherman."

リタイヤしてから好きな川で、漁師のようなライフスタイルになってしまいました。現在は鮎やうなぎすっぽんがメインになりました。市販されていない道具を手作りして、改良しながら出品しています。捕れた鮎等はオークションにも出品しています。出品できないすっぽんやうなぎ等絶滅危惧種、石亀等クサガメ等はグーブログ：趣味で川漁師をやっていますで時々紹介しています。
